JENNY VON KNORRING Jenny von Knorring is the Head of International Services at StaffPoint Group, the leading digitally enabled HR Solution company in Finland.
von Knorring is a transformational leader, experienced strategic advisor and engaging keynote speaker. Her work consists of helping companies and authorities elevate their international maturity level, advising on strategy, building partnerships and scaling sustainable international business. She has held positions such as Head of Experience Design from Roschier Attorneys, Ltd., the Top Tier 1 Leading Law Firm in the Nordics, COO for a pioneering eLearning Tech Venture, and Lead Mental Performance Coach for a Slovak Youth Olympic Games Gold medal winner. She is an advocate, at an international level, for human-centric ethical recruitment, and leads the Security Through Work project, which creates employment and societal integration in Finland for Ukrainians fleeing the war. This pro-bono project was commenced in co-operation with The Confederation of Finnish Industries (EK) and won the Recruitment Act of the Year Award in 2022.
von Knorring has successfully led large scale humanitarian aid operations from the very beginning of the full-scale invasion and war on Ukraine. Through several projects, she was part of organizing extensive fundraising, planning risk mitigation, evacuations and secure transport for the refugees. Her efforts enabled safe logistics and transport of relief goods into Ukraine, including sending first aid material to Ukrainian hospitals, power generators, water purifiers, and protective gear where it was critically needed. The preservation of human dignity and the care of those in need is a driving factor for her. She has been a Dame of the Sovereign Order of Malta since 2014. The Order of Malta has diplomatic relations with 112 states and holds a permanent observer status at the United Nations.
von Knorring is regularly called upon as an expert and trusted advisor for global companies, authorities, international organizations, and has established a significant domestic and international partnership network. She is here to share valuable insight from the excellent results that can be achieved when people work together for human rights and dignity.
ALEXANDRA MALANGONE Alexandra Malangone is a Slovak lawyer who has coordinated the CCSDD Human Trafficking Chapter since September 2020. In 2012 Malangone began working for the Human Rights League - a prominent Slovak NGO in the field of immigration and asylum law. She is one of the leading experts on issues relating to the protection of human rights of victims of trafficking in the country. From 2008-2016, she served as an independent national expert in the Council of Europe GRETA (Group of Experts on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings) and was a rapporteur for Denmark, Norway, Italy, Latvia, and Slovenia. From 2006 to 2009 she was a UN Office on Drugs and Crime National Project Officer in Bratislava, Slovakia, heading the local UNODC office. Prior to this, she worked as a junior for the OSCE Special Representative and Coordinator on Action Against Trafficking in Human Beings. Malangone graduated in International and European Law from Utrecht University and holds a Masters degree in International Cooperation and Development from the University of Pavia. In June 2016, she participated in a three-week International Visitor Leadership Programme on Human Trafficking run by the US State Department. Malangone has most recently consulted for the OSCE OSR Office (Simulation based training on combating human trafficking in mixed-migratory flows), OSCE/ODIHR (National Referral Mechanisms), the Council of Europe (Alternatives to Detention), UNODC Morocco (National Referral Mechanism in Morocco) and ECPAT Austria (Safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults).
