Please join the SAIS Perspectives team in launching our 2019-20 theme: "Climate Change and Development."
It is no secret that climate change is one of the most urgent challenges that every living being faces today. Developing countries are particularly vulnerable to the ramifications of environmental pressures — issues of food security and forced migration have become even more pertinent in the face of changing ecosystems. We have decided to devote this year's edition of Perspectives to creating dialogue and debate around some of the theme's most crucial components.
